    Free Meals for All Students!

We are excited to share with you that we are introducing a new meal program for the 2018-2019 school year known as Provision 2. Schools that participate in Provision 2 can provide a healthy lunch and breakfast at no charge for all enrolled students during the 2018-2019 school year.

If you submit an application by September 21, 2018, all Lawndale families can enjoy the following benefits:

    • Free meals for all students! We will provide breakfast and lunch at no cost to your family.
    • You won't have to submit an application for the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program for the next three (3) years!
    • Even if you think you don't you qualify due to your income, if you submit an application by 9/21/18 your student will receive free meal benefits. You will also show support for Provision 2 and help other students in need receive free meals.

    We need your support.

In order for our district to offer Provision 2 benefits this year and keep this program alive for the future, our community must join forces. If your family shows support for Provision 2 by submitting an application, we can ensure that our district provides free meals for all students for years to come. Only one (1) application per family is necessary.

    We need your support.

Our goal is to provide all students with free, healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals that will properly fuel them to learn and thrive—and with your help we can make this happen! We welcome all families to apply.

You may also submit paper applications to your school office or Food Services Department. We accept applications year-round, but our goal is to have a maximum amount of applications submitted by September 21, 2018.

    Thank you for your support!
